Taylor was born and raised in Union County. She graduated with honors from OBU and then continued her masters degree at Trinity University. She followed her career back to her home town where she is now president of South Arkansas Regional Hospital in El Dorado. Taylor says that she tries to live life understanding that humans are the most important, in and out of her profession.
