Visual Journalism - Final Project
Visual Journalism is defined as the idea that at a time of accelerating change, often words cannot keep pace with concepts. Visual journalism incorporates ancient symbols that resonate with humans across cultures and time and conveys meaning instantaneously at a deep level. It is used in media everyday. I wanted to cover a post by ABC Australia for this final project. This is the perfect example of not only visual journalism but interactive journalism. By showing the people how much too much is, it is just the right amount of advocation. You can find interactive media all across social platforms. YouTube, TikTok, and so much more can be easily defined as visual journalism. Especially with the rise in news online. Refer to my blog post here for more information regarding the matter.
